Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an economic sciences or industrial engineering advanced student who is passionate about data analytics and its anger to gain an intern experience in a leading business and technology company as IBM in Talent Acquisition organization in Human Resources.
In our current environment companies like IBM rely more on data to advise business operations. In his role as Talent Acquisition Practitioner will be helping to improve processes, experiences and decisions through data analysis to increase agility, simplification and efficiency.
Also will gain experiences in creating a detailed analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for Talent Acquisition management system and processes.
Will be implementing practices to ensure organizational effectiveness including managing day-to-day activities related to measurement and reporting.
