In our Advisory/Deals team we are looking for Consultants to work together with Advisory teams in PwC Europe, assisting in financial due diligence on behalf of Private Equities and Corporate clients.
PwC Europe’s Advisory (M&A - Financial Due Diligence) is a market leader, regularly advising on some of the large and complex cross-border deals, and helping clients who are looking to buy or sell all or part of their business. We assist PwC Europe in performing the following works: thoroughly assess a target company’s finances, consider the opportunities and risks, and identify potential deal issues; when working with vendors, assess their businesses so that potential buyers can make informed decisions; deliver concise, deal issue-oriented reports and data books to the clients which highlight the key findings from the due diligence.

Preferred skills
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Above average bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Business Administration
Strong accounting background, good finance knowledge and acumen with an understanding of financial statements, key financial ratios, and drivers of value
High degree of analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems
Team player with the ability to engage in international teams and resolve problems own your one. Collaborative workstyle and able to effectively work remotely (with limited oversight) while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Advanced skills in MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to independently storyboard and develop messaging for senior, firm-wide leadership
High commitment and responsibility for quality work
Digital affinity to work with different data base tools to process information
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, pride of ownership, and innate intellectual curiosity
Comfortable when working with ambiguity and in an unstructured environment to introduce new approaches and thought-ownership to projects
